Due to the size of our workshop, and our working pattern, we package and post our orders 3 times a week, we post out on a Monday, a Wednesday and a Saturday.
At Bobbins Crafts and Soap all items are hand made and hand wrapped individually for you at our home studio. Your items will be sent to you by tracked business post. You will get a dispatch email or text (whichever applies) when your parcel is processed, this will include your tracking number.

Please allow reasonable time for delivery. We can't post out every day due to the way we work but we do post out 3 times per week.

Damaged Parcels - very occasionally parcels can get damaged or lost in the postal system. Please inform us if this happens and we will do our best to rectify.

Please allow time for Bank Holiday delays as we also do not work during those times.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used items, for hygiene reasons.
We can only refund your parcel once we have received the original item back, or proof that you did not receive your parcel.
We can only refund if your item is faulty or damaged. Occasionally items get damaged during transit. We will accept a photograph of a damaged item as proof, and do not expect you to return this item. To complete your return we require your order number and full name and address and a photograph of the damaged item. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied, within a certain amount of days. Shipping is non refundable unless the products you received are damaged and proven as such according to our terms.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bobbins.crafts@outlook.com and send your item to: 7 Sunningdale Drive, Penrhyn Bay, LL30 3EG, UK.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bobbins Crafts & Soap, 7 Sunningdale Drive, Penrhyn Bay LL30 3EG, UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
