A gentle, hand‑woven soap bag designed for everyday luxury. Simply slip your soap inside — it helps you keep a firm hold while adding a light, natural exfoliation to your wash. After use, allow it to dry completely and never leave your soap sitting in water.

    Store in a cool, dry place. Do not leave the product sitting in water. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Do not ingest. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

    The ingredients listed below represent the common names used across some of our soaps; however, each soap has its own unique formulation, design, and weight (minimum approx. main soaps are 4oz /115grams each unless otherwise stated i.e samples) For example, our vegan soaps contain no animal‑derived ingredients, and all reasonable precautions are taken to avoid cross‑contact; these soaps are also stored separately. In contrast, our Honey & Oats soaps include beeswax, honey, and whole oats. Traditional Tallow soaps and Goat’s Milk soaps also contain animal‑derived ingredients.

    Allergen Information

    Bobbins Soaps are handmade in our home studio and are made using natural ingredients and are suitable for use on both hair and body. As with any cosmetic product, some individuals may react to certain ingredients or natural oils; this information is provided for your safety. Bobbins does not use nut oils in any of our products, with the exception of Sweet Almond Oil, which is included only in our Almond & Avocado soap.


    In the unlikely event of a reaction, rinse the affected area thoroughly with warm water and discontinue use.

    Please note that some products may contain small amounts of ingredients listed as known allergens. Each soap includes a full ingredient list and details of any naturally occurring allergens. Please read this information carefully before use.


    Although the word “allergen” doesn’t appear in the EU Cosmetic Regulation, the 26 substances listed in Annex III of the Regulation are known for their allergenic potential and are under the regulatory framework because of it. An allergen is commonly defined as “any substance, often a protein, that induces an allergy”.


    The paragraph 49 of Regulation 1223/2009 of the Preamble states: “A number of substances have been identified by the SCCS as likely to cause allergic reactions and it will be necessary to restrict their use and/or impose certain conditions concerning them. In order to ensure that consumers are adequately informed, the presence of these substances should be mentioned in the list of ingredients and consumers’ attention should be drawn to the presence of these ingredients. This information should improve the diagnosis of contact allergies among consumers and should enable them to avoid the use of cosmetic products which they do not tolerate. For substances which are likely to cause allergy to a significant part of the population, other restrictive measures such as a ban or a restriction of concentration should be considered.”


    Allergens with the highest potential for sensitivity are most commonly found in fragrances. The Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) reports that approximately 1–3% of the European population experiences allergic reactions to fragrance ingredients. In its guidance, the SCCS identifies additional fragrance allergens beyond those currently listed in the Cosmetics Regulation — 30 individual chemicals in addition to the 26 natural extracts already regulated. An updated review is expected to introduce stricter regulation for more than 90 fragrance‑related substances (as of 2016-2017)
